Sound Salon
The sound salon is a semi-private event that allows accessibility of the group sound sessions for private use if you have your own group to bring in.
We have six spots available and is also offered on sliding scale.

Sound Healing
According to recent studies, Sound Healing has been shown to have a positive impact on reducing stress and anxiety levels. With the use of tuning forks, gongs, and other instruments, we can adjust energetic maladies in the auric field. In other words, we can listen to the fluctuations of the energetic body and use sound to adjust them into a state of equilibrium. Through a steady practice, a reduction of stress and anxiety is often an effect experienced. Imagine a personal concert where your energetic body conducts the healer to adjust accordingly.
Sound has always been shown to reduce inflammation in the body and can be explored for pain management. It is gentle, simple and effective. Light touch is sometimes used, but not necessary.
Reiki
One of the most subtle holistic healing modalities, Reiki balances the energies of the body with the Universal Life Force energy also known as chi, prana, or the unified field. It is an intrinsic energy and consciousness that pulses deep within us all. Like music, we all have a harmony, however due to stress, injury, etc. we can get out of tune. Reiki helps to reset and restore the body's natural balance and rhythm.
For a Reiki treatment, one can expect a gentle placement of hands on or off the body throughout the session and a feeling of deep relaxation. Comfortable loose clothing and an open mind are encouraged.
Melody is Reiki I & II certified, she did her attunements at Maha Rose with Lisa Levine.

The pay it forward option pays for your session and a gift for someone whom may not be able to pay out of their pocket at this time. We keep track of this and will offer complimentary sessions for others when they reach out.
We do not accept any insurance and Reiki and Sound Services are offered on sliding scale.
These services fall under complementary medicine, not to replace conventional care but to fill in the gaps.
